Girl Rescue Foundation is a dynamic grassroots organization dedicated to uplifting the rights and potential of girls across Uganda. Through a comprehensive range of programs, including education, health, life skills development, and artistic expression
GRF’s mission is to champion the rights and empowerment of girls in Uganda by providing comprehensive programs that encompass education, health, life skills, and support. Our goal is to nurture confident and capable leaders who drive positive change in their communities.

We offer a range of programs including Outreach, Health, Global Education and Life Skills, Rescue, Arts and Culture, and Livelihood. Each program is designed to address different aspects of girls’ empowerment and well-being.
You can support girls’ education by donating to our education initiatives, sponsoring a girl’s education, or contributing to our scholarship fund. Your support directly impacts girls’ access to quality education.
We measure impact through various methods including data collection, surveys, and testimonials from girls and communities. We also track enrollment rates, educational achievements, and improvements in health and well-being.
Our programs primarily target girls in the age range of 10 to 18, but we also have initiatives that support young women up to the age of 24.
Our Rescue Program includes a comprehensive process that ensures the safety, rehabilitation, and reintegration of rescued girls. We work closely with local authorities and partner organizations to provide a supportive environment for their recovery.
While our focus is on girls’ empowerment, some of our programs, such as the Arts and Culture Program and Livelihood Program, may include boys or community members to promote inclusivity and positive change.
